Norwich-born flautist LEILA HOOTON will present a romantic themed concert for Valentine's Day. This is Leila's first appearance at Eaton.

About the Event
Leila Hooton is a freelance musician with a portfolio career. She is currently living in London where she will begin working with the Philharmonia on their Arts Management Training Programme in September. Alongside this, Leila performs as a classical and folk musician and works as an educator. Leila graduated from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire with a first class BMus(Hons) degree in 2021 (with a semester studying at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague) and a Post-Graduate Certificate in July 2022.
She then studied at the Royal College of Music, graduating with a with a Masters in Performance in July 2024. In the academic years 24-26, she worked as the President of the College’s Student’s Union. During her studies, Leila was kindly supported by the Fishmonger’s Company Beckwith Scholarship, Help Musicians UK and the Sir Richard Stapley Educational Trust. She is also delighted to be part of Talent Unlimited.
